Birding Tour of the Ojai Meadows Preserve
Friday June 8, 8am- 9:30am

Join bird expert Jesse Grantham for a birding tour of the Ojai Meadows Preserve where over 172 species have been observed since 2005.  Meet at the entrance to the Preserve next to Nordhoff. FREE. Reservations required. 

 


Ojai Olive Oil Tour
Friday June 8, 10am -11am

Tour an olive grove in Ojai, a working farm that grows nine varieties of olives and produces premium quality extra-virgin olive oils.  Learn about the cultivation, harvesting and production.  Then step into the tasting room! FREE. Reservations required.

 


Legacy Lunch 
Saturday June 9, 1pm-3pm

Hosted by the Ojai Festivals Women’s Committee, the event is held at the famed Ranch House restaurant to mark the Festival’s unparalleled musical legacy, honor long-time attendees and look ahead to what’s in store for the 2013 Festival with Artistic Director Thomas W. Morris. $40 per person.

Farm to Table Tour & Dinner
Saturday June 9, 4pm – 6:30pm

Celebrate locally grown food and the farmers who till the earth at this popular dinner experience!  This year, tour the beautiful grounds of Earthtrine Farm, a two-time featured location for “Outstanding in The Field,” led by owner BD Dautch. Sit and enjoy a family-style gourmet dinner with local organic ingredients prepared by Ojai chef Lorraine Lim. Award-winning Vintner Adam Tolmach of The Ojai Vineyard discusses organic winemaking and introduces his wines from The Ojai Vineyard. $70 per person.



Views of the Valley
Sunday June 10, 2pm-4pm

The Ojai Valley Land Conservancy leads a hike on Shelf Road to experience stunning views of the Valley. Learn what is being done to protect these and other vistas in the Ojai Valley.  Meet at the end of North Signal Street. FREE. Reservations required.
