There are no refunds on tickets. But if you turn your tickets back, we will issue a receipt to you for a tax-deductible donation in the amount of the value of your tickets.

In case of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled. Your ticket will be considered a donation to the Ojai Music Festival.

The homes are not wheelchair accessible or stroller accessible.

Flat shoes are required. Or if you wear high-heeled shoes, you will be asked to remove your shoes. Shoe covers (booties) are given to guests prior to entering the homes.

No children under the age of 12 will be admitted into the homes.

Homes may be visited in any order; however, please allow enough time at your last stop as the tour closes at 4:30 pm.

Docents will help guide the tour and answer any questions about the homes.

There will be entertainment at various homes, plus at the Holiday Boutique which will be held at Omaggio. (Entertainment times are yet to be determined.)

Refreshments will be served at Omaggio as well as complimentary olive oil tastings by Regalo Olive Oil.

Restrooms are at the shuttle service at Matilija Junior High School or the Arcade and Libbey Park.

Tickets will be sold during the weekend of the event at the Ojai Valley Museum at 130 West Ojai Avenue or at the tour homes. Tickets will be $30 day of the event.
