Igor Stravinsky: Rite of Spring (arr. The Bad Plus)

Last year’s Festival closed with Rite of Spring in a Stravinsky-sanctioned arrangement for two pianos. This year, The Bad Plus opens the Festival with the same work, but as Stravinsky could never have imagined. Hear this Rite along with genre-bending compositions by this fiercely original jazz trio.[/reveal]
