Rancho Bella Vista
This lovingly restored 1910 estate pairs the spirit of historic California with a playful display of the owners’ eclectic treasures. Fresh yet nostalgic, this idyllic Ojai retreat invites visitors to linger and discover character in every corner. Its distinctive appeal was recently celebrated in Architectural Digest and Santa Barbara Magazine.
Casa De Los Osos
Beautifully detailed woodwork and an impressive personal art collection create a warm, effortless atmosphere throughout this open-plan home. Designed for indoor entertaining and memorable outdoor gatherings, the property features its own putting green and bocce ball court tucked beneath a grand oak tree in the backyard.
Château du Chêne
Timeless elegance, grand scale, and serene natural beauty define this home. Generous living spaces balance everyday comfort with sophisticated entertaining spaces, enhanced by classic architectural details and Old-World charm. Majestic oak trees frame the resort-style grounds, creating a private haven with sweeping views of the Topa Topa Mountains.
Tiny Home Village
Tiny and alternative homes offer more than downsizing; they can enhance quality of life through sustainable design and practical innovation. This year, the Ojai Holiday Home Tour offers a Tiny Home Village featuring four unique spaces: a nostalgic Shasta trailer, a versatile mobile pod, an adventure-ready home on wheels, and a sleek tiny home designed to minimize its environmental footprint.
