Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s Ojai Holiday Home Tour & Market, a major fundraiser for the Ojai Music Festival and our BRAVO Education Programs.
This year’s Holiday Market will return to Libbey Park in downtown Ojai, where we look forward to creating a festive, high-quality, and thoughtfully curated shopping experience for our guests and participating vendors.
After experiencing severe rainstorms during the 2025 event, we are working in advance to identify a suitable backup location in the event of inclement weather or safety concerns. The backup location, if needed, will be announced by September 18, before selected vendors are asked to complete the final agreement.

Fees and Rentals
Your booth fee is a one-time payment that reserves your spot for both days of the event. Participation automatically gets you a 10x10ft booth space. When you confirm your participation and pay your booth fee, you have the opportunity to rent equipment through us, such as tables, benches, pop-up tents, and more.
The booth fee also includes a donation, which is what makes this event part of the fundraiser. Booth fees are calculated based on predicted foot traffic in the park, with green booth spaces having the most, and orange spaces typically having the least.
- Orange Booth Space – $275.00
- Blue Booth Space – $375.00
- Green Booth Space – $450.00
Ways to Give More
If you would like to deepen your impact for the Ojai Music Festival and our BRAVO Education Programs, here are a few options:
- Donate a small percentage of your sales during the market (and get a sign for your table notifying customers of your generosity)
- Donate a flat amount to the fundraiser (and get your business’s name listed as a sponsor in the 2026 Home Tour Program Book)
- Dedicate a specific item from your inventory whose proceeds directly benefit the fundraiser
- Donate an item (or items) to the Ojai Holiday Auction, another segment of the HHTM fundraiser

Note that all donations, whether cash or in-kind, are tax-deductible as the Ojai Music Festival is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Once you donate, a thank-you letter with proof of tax deductibility will be mailed to you.
