Last year, John Luther Adams gave us a transcendent experience on an Ojai hilltop.
This year, the Festival is thrilled to produce the highly-anticipated world premiere of a commissioned opera The Classical Style, based on the award-winning book by legendary American pianist and scholar Charles Rosen, with a libretto by Denk and music by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Steven Stucky. The work will be premiered at the Festival on June 13, 2014.
