Ojai Festival Women’s Committee

Group of OFWC board members arm in arm

The Ojai Festival Women’s Committee is one of the largest and longest-running women’s service organizations in the Ojai Valley. For nearly three-quarters of a century, the OFWC has supported the Ojai Music Festival through philanthropic and volunteer initiatives, thereby serving as the organization’s goodwill ambassadors throughout the community.

As an OFWC member, you will join a dynamic network of active women who share interests in the arts and education. Members make a profound contribution to the cultural heritage of the Ojai Valley through fundraisers and signature events.

BRAVO Educational and Community Programs

At a time when music and arts programs are being discontinued from curriculums across the country, we stand firm in our support of strengthening arts enrichment in Ojai. Proceeds from OFWC fundraising events support many community initiatives including the Ojai Music Festival’s BRAVO program. The program brings music from around the world to local students and the Ojai Valley community through educational workshops, music vans, interactive demonstrations, and free concerts.

Over the course of each year, the BRAVO program serves nearly 3,000 people and over 1,000 workshops at local senior centers and 18 schools serving elementary students.
