AUCTION GUIDELINES
Bidding
- 9AM Tuesday, December 2, to 8PM Friday, December 12
- All bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid and follow the listed increments.
- Once placed, bids are final and cannot be changed or withdrawn.
- All winning bids are final and non-refundable.
Winning Bids
- The highest bid at the time of closing will win the item.
- Winners will receive an email with payment instructions through PayBee, the secure and trusted interface wherein this auction is hosted.
Payment
- Full payment is required to claim your item or experience.
- Payment must be completed promptly after the auction closes.
Pickup & Scheduling
- Physical items may be picked up at the Festival Office (201 S. Signal St, Ojai) or shipped at the winner’s expense.
- Some items have specific terms or blackout dates, which will be noted in the item description.
- For experiences, the auction donor will coordinate directly with the winner to arrange dates and details.
