67th Ojai Music Festival - June 6, 2013 at 8:00 PM - The Bad Plus

What is the history of the Ojai Music Festival?
For seven decades, the Ojai Music Festival has been a laboratory for the special chemistry that results from combining insatiable curiosity with unbounded creativity. The formula is simple: Each year a music director is given the freedom and resources to imagine four days of musical brainstorming. More often this unique blend of enchanted setting and an audience voracious in its appetite for challenge and discovery has inspired a distinguished series of conductors, performers, composers to push at boundaries and stretch limits.

What are your Covid health and safety measures?
Your safety, and the safety of our artists, staff, volunteers, and Ojai community, is paramount to us. During the Festival held in September 2021, we developed COVID-19 safety protocol with a team of local public health officials that will be kept updated to ensure that we will be following best practices for the Festival in June 2022. To that end, patrons will be required to have proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. As we look toward June when we will gather once again, we will continue to monitor evolving information related to the global pandemic and work with our team to determine the safest protocol for the Festival. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
