Gifts from IRA
If you are at least 70½ years old, you may make a charitable gift from your individual retirement account (IRA) to the Ojai Music Festival (Ojai Festivals Ltd), up to $108,000 per year.
The gift must be transferred directly from your IRA to the Ojai Music Festival and may count toward your required minimum distribution (RMD). The amount may be excluded from federal and California taxable income.
Please consult your financial advisor to determine how a charitable IRA rollover may apply to you.
To initiate a transfer, contact your IRA administrator and notify the Ojai Music Festival so we can properly credit your gift.
